Your First Visit

After the paperwork is done, you’ll be taken in for X-rays and brought to the doctor for a consultation, physical examination, and tests. The doctor will discuss a preliminary diagnosis based on his assessment, the X-rays, and your test results. If there are no issues, therapy will begin today. Please allow one hour for this visit.

Our Three Steps of Care

• Relief Care: Many people go to a chiropractor because they are in pain, so their main goal is reducing their symptoms. Sometimes, it will require multiple visits to get well. Pain is a poor indicator of health and may only appear after a disease or other condition has advanced. It’s usually the last thing to appear and the first symptom to disappear, even though the underlying condition may remain.
• Corrective Care: Eliminating symptoms is the easiest part of care, but stopping care at this point increases the chance of a recurrence. Continued care is preventative, and the adjustment frequency will decrease. Mild flare-ups are typical as the body heals.
• Wellness Care: Once you’re fully healed, routine wellness care helps ensure the problems don’t return and keeps your body in optimal condition. Just like continuing an exercise program and eating well to stay healthy, continued chiropractic care ensures the health of your musculoskeletal system so you can stay active.
